Breakfast offerings was a bit above many other similar hotels, including in the US - good variety of choices. Bold coffee was deeply appreciated. Average room but with mini fridge and microwave oven discreetly tucked away. Comfy bed and the window slid open enough to enjoy some much needed real air. This hotel is also placed well, within easy reach of the main road through town, and with a varied selection of restaurants, lounges and stores nearby. Good value generally.

The bed was super comfy, I loved the blinds (they had a nature theme so we didn't have to look at the parking lot outside our window). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don't use a credit card so had to put $350 deposit on the room. I don't have a problem with the deposit, except I thought it was a little high and made me feel like I was a bad person who might destroy the room. The breakfast was nice, had lots of choices.

Staff was great. Air Conditioning wasn't working in our room so I called the front desk and in 15 minutes they had us in another room with air working. Everything you would expect from mid range hotel. There were a lot of young folks running around as there was a hockey tournament in town, but no issues. I liked that the staff wasn't barking at the kids. They were having fun and were not disrespectful - just being kids.

I used the shuttle service and the plane was late arriving but the driver stayed to wait for it. Breakfast had good variety. Room was quiet. Friendly reception

It was a very good experience. My wife loves Kelowna and for that I've decided to surprise her by traveling to Kelowna and staying a night there. She likes Marriott hotels so we decided to stay at Fairfield. It was nice, clean and comfortable. We had a good time there. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we decide to go to Kelowna again soon, we might probably stay at Fairfield again.

Very nice place to stay. The staff are great all around! Very clean here. Parking is monitored by security also. Access to a real printer was nice too. Front desk girls are all cute!

I loved the modern feel to this hotel. Beds comfortable, Bathroom huge, T.V. was good. It met my standards. Explicitly clean, and breakfast was great.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were very good. I ordered gluten free toast the first morning, and the next two mornings they put it on as soon as they saw me. Front desk staff was consistently friendly. Good sound-proofing, so we never heard guests in adjoining rooms, or maybe they were empty.
